Returns and Refunds Across the GCC
How to return an item, how long refunds take, and what is not eligible.
Starting a return
Open the order in your account and choose Return. We arrange the pickup with the courier.
Timing
Refunds go back to the original payment method once the item arrives and passes inspection. Banks in the region usually post the money within a few business days.
What is not eligible
Used personal-care items, opened media, and anything damaged after delivery. Faulty items are always covered.
Damaged on arrival
Send a photo within 48 hours and we replace or refund in full — we handle the courier claim.
